Five months later with less than 18 hours before check in we were told that we were being moved and that it was an “upgrade”. We were moved from a 3 bedroom house to a 2 bedroom walk up apartment, hardly what could be considered an upgrade. We were told it was a mistake as they do not accept a one night reservation for that property.
